Notice for Refund of Provisional Seat Booking Fee (2016-17)

All the students who are admitted at this Institute in 1st year & 2nd year against vacancy allotted through online Counselling-2016 under JEXPO/VOCLET-2016 after depositing a Provisional Seat Booking Fee of Rs. 2000/- for up-gradation and having being registered under the WBSCTVESD in the Academic Session 2016-17, are eligible for claiming the refund of the said fee.

The fund shall be transferred through NEFT directly to the students’ Bank account by the Council. The eligible students are asked to submit the following documents at the administrative office of the Institute within 16/03/2018 during office hours:

  1. The filled in format (Annexure-I) – available at the students store of the Institute
  2. Photocopy of the receipts of Allotment Booking Fee/Provisional Seat Booking Fee
  3. Photocopy of Final allotment Letter and Registration Certificate
  4. Photocopy of front page of Candidate’s Bank Pass Book or Cancelled Cheque
